What a roofing site needs

Leaks first

Water through the ceiling is urgent. Your repair page and your number sit at the top of every screen.

Restoration, step by step

Clean, repair, repoint, seal and coat. Buyers trust a roofer who shows each step with photos.

Tile, metal and asbestos kept apart

Each roof type has different work and different rules, so each gets its own page.

Warranties, spelled out

Your coating warranty and your workmanship warranty, kept separate, with the terms one click away.

No prices, just how you quote

Roof size, pitch, tile condition and access change the quote. We explain that, never a figure.

How people choose a roofer

A roof is a big job, so people check you out before they let you up there.

Leak and storm repairs

They search 'roof leak repair' or 'roofer' near them, and call whoever looks real and answers.

Restorations and roof painting

Planned jobs. They compare before and after photos, warranties and registrations.

Re-roofing

Old tiles or asbestos to metal. They want to see you've done their kind of roof before.

Sellers and property managers

Repairs or a roof check before a sale or a new lease, done quickly and written up.

Urgent and planned roof work each get their own pages, and your Google Business Profile gets you on the map when the rain hits.

Your registrations, on every page

Roof restoration and roof painting count as painting work in WA, so jobs that reach the painter value limit need a registered painting contractor in Perth and the other areas the rules cover. Re-roofs and structural roof work can need a builder's registration too, when the job needs a building permit and reaches the builder value limit. Registered contractors must show their number in their advertising, and your website counts. We put each number in the top strip and the footer, checked on the WA licence search. If you hold an asbestos removal licence, that goes on as well.

Photos that sell roofing work

Phone photos are fine, taken safely. Here's what to shoot on your next few jobs.

  1. Before and after of the whole roof from the same spot on the street
  2. Close-ups of the problem: cracked tiles, loose ridge caps, rusted sheets
  3. Each stage of a restoration: cleaned, repointed, sealed, coated
  4. Gutters and valleys after the job, cleared and sealed
  5. Your crew working with harnesses and edge protection in place

Questions roofers ask us

Do I need my painter's registration on my site?

If you restore or paint roofs, yes for jobs that reach the painter value limit. WA treats roof coating as painting work, and registered contractors must show their number in their ads. We check it on the licence search first.

Can we offer pressure cleaning on every roof?

Not on asbestos roofs. High-pressure cleaning of asbestos cement is banned in WA, so your site never offers it.

How do we show our warranties?

Coating warranty and workmanship warranty kept separate, with the terms one click away and a line saying they sit alongside your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Can we say 'same-day leak repairs'?

Only if you really can. We'll show how you handle urgent leaks without promising times you can't keep.
