Care Essential is included for the first year on Upfront and for the length of your plan on Keep. After that, Care Essential renews automatically at the price in your agreement unless you opt out: yearly for Upfront, monthly once Keep ends, or monthly after the included year of Care Essential if you leave Full Kit and stay hosted with us. We'll remind you before it renews.

Package questions

Why isn't there a full price list?

Keep 24 starts from $199 a month for 24 months. If you pay up front, we price the build for your site. Your exact price depends on how many services and areas your site needs. We'll scope it on a short call and give you the number.

What happens if I cancel Keep?

Tell us in writing any time after your first payment. There's no exit fee. You hand the site back and stop paying, and payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires, including your consumer guarantees. Your domain was always yours, so nothing else changes.

Can I move from Keep to Full Kit?

Yes, once Full Kit is out of pilot testing. Your Keep payments count towards owning your site. Everyone's at a different stage, so we'll work out where yours land with you.
